You will work closely with the Product Owner, Product Managers and UX Designers in a Squad Tech Lead capacity to bring new features to life, keep systems running smoothly, mentor junior team members, share ideas, and see them executed.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain robust backend and full-stack applications.Monitor and optimise system performance for high availability and reliability.Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.Develop new features and continuously improve existing ones.Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.We\'re interested in hearing from people whoHave a strong product mindset and know how to use AI tools effectively in their work.Have experience working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional squads.Possess strong communication skills, raising concerns or ideas promptly.Are willing to take ownership of tasks, collaborate proactively, and mentor junior team members.Value teamwork and promote a culture of continuous learning.Are able to handle different opinions and work towards feasible solutions.Are open to new challenges, technologies, and tools.Technical SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.Solid experience with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, NestJS OR .
NetCloud environments - AWS/AzureFamiliarity with full cycle engineering, including test automation (unit, integration, and e2e tests).
