About the Pastry Chef Role
This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment, where you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality products. As part of our team, you'll be expected to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Previous commercial kitchen or production experience is required
* A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as pride in your work
* You should be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
* The ability to work comfortably with large-scale food production equipment is necessary
* Availability to work Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4pm) – no weekends is also required
* Reliable transport is a must
* A positive attitude and strong team spirit are essential for success
* Great communication skills are also necessary
