Sush for sushi has been serving quality sushi to our Hobart Community for 18 years, with 70+ staff working across four sites in Southern Hobart.
We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.
This position will work closely with on-site staff to support the kitchen's operations at our takeaway shop, providing excellent customer service, rice handling, sushi making, washing dishes, mopping floors, and general shop cleaning.
It will also required to oversee all day to day operations, including reporting and documentation, sales, food preparation, stock control, training of staff and adherence to all business policies and systems.
Availability of 6 am to 7 pm Monday to Sunday is a must.
Applicants must be hardworking, self-motivated, punctual, focused & flexible with shifts. Previous kitchen supervision experiences will be highly regarded for this position. We are looking for a motivated individual with a mature outlook, who possess an effective communication skill.

- Hobart, TAS 7000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
