About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed.
This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, supporting Property Managers with repairs, investment plans, and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Financial Management
Administer procurement and closing invoices
Provide FM/AFM financial data for month-end close
Vendor Management
Ensure JHA/THA submission
Solicit bids and proposals for soft services
Facilitate vendor orientation
Submit DCATs and escort vendors/visitors as needed
Work Order Program
Monitor workflow and completion targets (end to end)
Procurement / Program Activities
Manage ordering and inventory for beverage program
Maintain office and miscellaneous supplies for sites
Support copier operations program
Drive positive safety culture continuously
Engage employees via WOW awards, safety hero, applause
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
Strong communication skills for straightforward information exchange
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
Basic math skills (calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups)
