The role

We are seeking an experienced EUC Specialist with strong architectural capabilities to support a large‐scale Telecom enterprise environment. The role focuses on end-to‐end EUC solution design, technology leadership, and BAU support, ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable end‐user computing platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience across EUC, VDI, endpoint management, and workspace platforms, with a proven ability to define target‐state architectures and guide enterprise‐wide EUC strategy.

  • Design end‐to‐end EUC solutions covering:
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Desktop as a Service (DaaS)
  • Application and workspace delivery platforms
  • Define target‐state architecture, standards, and EUC design principles.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
  • Create high‐level and low‐level design documents, including:
  • Integration flows
  • Bill of Materials (BoM)
Technology Leadership & Strategy

Provide architectural leadership for:

  • VDI and DaaS platforms
  • Endpoint and device management solutions
  • Digital workspace and application delivery platforms
  • Evaluate emerging EUC technologies and recommend continuous improvements to existing environments.
  • Act as a technical authority and advisor for EUC‐related initiatives within BAU operations.
Security, Compliance & Resilience
  • Ensure EUC designs align with enterprise security frameworks, zero‐trust principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with security teams to embed security‐by‐design into EUC platforms.
  • Design and validate high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
BAU & Stakeholder Support
  • Provide advanced EUC engineering support in a BAU environment.
  • Work closely with operations, infrastructure, network, and security teams.
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust EUC solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC).
  • Strong background supporting large enterprise or telecom environments.
Technical Skills
  • Extensive experience with VDI / DaaS platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Amazon WorkSpaces).
  • Endpoint and device management solutions (e.g., Intune, SCCM/MECM, Workspace ONE).
  • Application delivery and workspace technologies.
Strong understanding of
  • Identity and access management
  • Security controls for EUC environments
  • Networking concepts impacting EUC performance
  • Proven ability to design HA/DR architectures for EUC platforms.
Demonstrated experience producing
  • High‐level and detailed design documents
  • Diagrams and technical specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
