Job Overview
The role of the Chief Operating Officer is a strategic position that plays a key part in driving the success of an organization.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for working closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement strategic planning, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation across the business.
* Provide executive leadership on key matters such as finance, governance, risk management, and legal compliance, ensuring effective corporate planning and financial control.
* Develop and implement a positive organisational culture and staff development initiatives across the organisation.
In addition, you will oversee the operational functions of the organisation, including building, facilities, technical theatre, visitor experience, and commercial operations through the Director Operations. You will also lead Health and Safety, risk management, security, and environmental compliance.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a strategic leadership role with the ability to manage change and organisational development.
* Strong financial acumen with a relevant qualification, preferably an MBA or equivalent.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
