Contract Services Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with the management of external contracts, including liaising with contractors and basic contract administration.
- Preparing approval memorandums / minutes to the Contract Manager for achievement of project milestones, including reviewing and validating invoices.
- Assist in setting up and following contract management plans for either each project or group of similar projects.
- Maintaining contract management tools and tracking milestones to help achieve project timelines.
- Interrogate, analyse and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Supporting document management and version control for project materials.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading reports, briefings, meeting minutes, action registers and other written content.
- Interpretation and application of legislative and policy requirements, within the scope of contract management requirements.
- Assisting with regular risk assessments and reporting on contractual arrangements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with contracted parties, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to, and use of, relevant business processes (inputting data into contract management systems and other IT systems relevant to the project).
- Conducting research and data collection for qualitative analysis.
- Promote and actively demonstrate the positive application of change management, and business improvements.

Casual Loading
