Compass Recruitment are currently working with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in their search for an Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer. The role will be based in the clients Hobart office on a permanent basis, offering a picturesque location to develop your career.
To be successful in this role you will need;
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* 3 years + electrical engineering experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* Experience across commercial, residential, industrial, leisure and sporting facilities would be beneficial.
* The ability to work across front end design of building services projects.
* Experience in coordinating and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Your day to day will include;
* Design and manage documentation for electrical power, lighting, IT communications, security and dry fire systems.
* Involvement in single and multidiscipline building and infrastructure projects.
* Deliver a variety of prominent Tasmanian building projects across the health, education, retail, tourism, custodial and government and commercial office sectors.
* Participate in all project phases, from feasibility and concept design to detailed design and construction phase administration.
