Seed Heritage is hiring for the Christmas Casual Sales Assistant - Ballarat role.ResponsibilitiesCreate a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interactionMaintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaningProcess customer transactions on the point-of-sale systemExceed sales targets and business key performance indicatorsProvide styling advice and support in fitting roomsThe ideal candidateExperience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal styleHave a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of workAn eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual MerchandisingExposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillmentA genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed HeritageAbility to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer servicePlease note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays.
