Your new role
As a Mobile Mechanic, you'll be on the front line, servicing and repairing vehicles at Customers' homes or workplaces. You'll need to be confident working independently, managing your own schedule, and delivering high-quality expertise with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
* Identify additional work required and communicate clearly with customers
* Prepare quotes, manage invoicing, and collect payments
* Source parts through approved suppliers and follow purchasing protocols
* Maintain and care for your company vehicle to a high standard
* Uphold safety standards and company values at all times
What you'll need to succeed
* Trade-qualified mechanic with a current driver's licence
* Experience with major brands such as Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, or Mitsubishi is a plus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision
* Comfortable using mobile systems for quoting and invoicing
* A proactive approach to safety and compliance
