About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will collaborate on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract which may convert to a permanent opportunity. Due to increased work demands, this newly created role has been developed to support the team in employee relations matters.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on ER cases to managers and supervisors, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Advise and manage workplace investigations and grievances, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
* Draft and review employment-related documentation, such as contracts and policies.
* Work closely with HR partners to ensure strategic responses to employee concerns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in ER case management is essential.
* Ability to provide advice in complex ER cases and workplace investigations, utilizing knowledge of modern awards.
* Effective coaching and mentoring skills to develop leaders and managers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret legislation and regulations.
