Sales Assistant — Luxury Jewellery Boutique

Full-Time (5 days) | Cottesloe, Perth
We are a refined luxury jewellery boutique in Cottesloe, recognised for exceptional craftsmanship and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a polished, warm and highly presented Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role offers variety and responsibility across client care, boutique presentation, and daily support tasks. The work is well supported and structured, and while there is plenty to do, the duties are straightforward with clear guidance and training provided.
We welcome applications from candidates who may not yet have industry experience, but who bring professionalism, poise, and a genuine desire to learn.

The role
Client Experience & Sales Support
* Welcome both walk-in and appointment clients with confidence, warmth and discretion
* Assist the team in guiding clients through product selection and enquiries
* Manage client follow-ups and support the sales process with attention to detail
* Maintain immaculate standards of boutique presentation throughout the day
Boutique & Admin Support
* Manage bookings, basic data entry, and organise client notes
* Assist with packaging, dispatch, and aftercare bookings (resizes/repairs)
* Support daily operations so the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently
Social Media Support
* Assist with capturing tasteful content (stories/reels, product highlights, behind-the-scenes)
* Support posting/scheduling and professional message responses in line with our brand tone

What we are looking for
* High presentation and natural class — poised, polished and confident with clients
* A warm, positive personality and strong people skills
* Eager to learn and receptive to coaching (training provided)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation
* Comfortable with phones, email, and basic computer tasks
* Bonus (not required): Canva, photography/video basics, premium retail or jewellery experience
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights

* Full-time: 5 days per week
* Saturday work is essential
