As a
**Student Support Officer,** you provide a wide range of services to support our domestic and international students. You act as the "face" of the School at a campus level and are responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure campus facilities are well presented, usable by students, and stocked and equipped as required.
**Your Responsibilities**
- You will be the 'face' of the School at a campus level!
- Ensure campus facilities are well presented, usable by students, and stocked and equipped as required.
- Providing administration and customer service, to support plans and referral to external agencies for support for both Domestic and International student cohorts.
- Meet and greet visitors, invited guests, students and all others who attend the campus.
- Assist with the development of welfare, pastoral and support plans for both domestic and international students.
- Ensure interview packs and student resources are kept up to date.
- Organise student ID cards, order and distribute uniforms for cohorts as they commence courses.
- Coordinate RTO internal and external room bookings, including management and scheduling of campus facilities and equipment.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience in administrative and/or student support roles in the adult education industry, including for international students.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy and speed as well as strong customer service focus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, to develop effective relationships and provide advice and support to students, business leaders and staff.
- Time management and organisational skills to effectively plan, prioritise and complete individual work activity to required standards.
- A high priority on presentation, hospitality, effective communication, and customer service.
