* Lead the Fun: Guide a team in delivering exciting, high‐quality education and learning experiences!
* Create Adventures: Design age‐appropriate programs that ignite creativity and growth!
* Stay Compliant: Keep us up to speed with all regulations while keeping the vibe joyful.
* Build Connections: Foster strong relationships with families and celebrate each child's journey!
* Grow Together: Participate in professional development and grow your knowledge!
* Interested in being the dedicated Educational Leader? An on‐the‐floor, non‐contact educational leader, you can provide support, guidance, and mentorship to other educators and make an impact!
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA
* Studying and completed at least 50% towards your Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
* Loads of creativity and a strong understanding of early childhood development!
* Great communication and organisational skills.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
