This is a fantastic prospect to be at the centre of our retail operations—driving efficiency, supporting key initiatives, and helping deliver national programs that shape the in-store experience across Australia.
As a Retail Operations Coordinator at Adairs, you'll be the go-to person for the administrative, logistical, and planning support that keeps our retail network running seamlessly. From coordinating travel and store events to managing reward programs and internal communications, you'll be the operational backbone of our Retail Operations team—ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our store teams can focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Coordinate travel and events for the retail team, aligned with budget and planning
Administer the HALO ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and managing stationery supplies for stores
Spend regular time in-store with the retail team to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities
Support retail reward and recognition programs—including tracking store celebrations, anniversaries and competitions
Prepare and share internal communications via SharePoint, email and other channels in collaboration with the Retail Communications Coordinator
Maintain key operational resources like store master files, contact lists, trading hours, and templates
Assist with the planning and documentation of store openings, closures and relocations
Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Retail team
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Confidence using systems like Microsoft Office, SharePoint and ticketing platforms
A proactive and flexible approach to problem solving and admin tasks
