We are seeking a Café Manager to join our Food & Beverage Team at Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre.

As Café Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our café, driving exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance and a high-performing team culture. We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader with sharp commercial acumen, a passion for service excellence and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Key Duties
Lead and oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service deliveryMonitor sales, wage costs and expenses to achieve financial targets and KPIsManage rostering, stock control, supplier coordination and stocktakesEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS standardsCoach, mentor and performance manage the Assistant Café Manager and café team

Proven experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality leadership roleStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and labour costsExperience in rostering, stock control and supplier managementFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (required)Current Food Safety and hygiene certificationStrong leadership and communication skills
