About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Bibra Lake. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working across both blue‐and‐white‐collar industries and is able to work in a high volume, fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end recruitment across blue‐ and white‐collar roles.
* Partner with hiring leaders to confirm role requirements and timelines.
* Source and screen candidates for electrical, mechanical and shutdown roles.
* Coordinate interviews, offers and pre‐employment checks.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
* Provide regular pipeline updates to key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
* Demonstrated internal, high‐volume end‐to‐end recruitment experience.
* Experience recruiting across blue‐and‐or‐white‐collar roles.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
* Current WA Driver's Licence.
