Location of Properties: South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda East, and Balaclava
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (Depending on Experience and Performance)
Start Date: 4-week start period or negotiated

We're looking for a passionate and driven apartment caretaker to join us and manage a portfolio of properties across inner South East Melbourne. What You'll Be Doing:
* Completing gardening tasks: Mowing and line trimming lawns, pruning hedges, removing weeds, moving bins in and out
* Completing cleaning tasks: Mopping floors, vacuuming floors, removing cobwebs, cleaning low level windows
* Taking photos: Taking before and after photos of works completed
* Reporting daily property issues: Reporting back to the office staff any issues identified at the property
* Grow with us: Play a key role in expanding and developing our portfolio over time, building relationships and adding value to the properties under your care.
What We're Looking For:
* You to have a valid driver's license, a phone, and the ability to provide a police check and working with children check (reimbursed upon receipt).
* A base level of experience in either gardening or cleaning is a bonus and additional training can be provided to assist where needed
* Ideally, you will live close to the area for ease of travel between properties.
