We are a business that live and breath our mission and values and due to our continued growth and an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our successful team of friendly, dedicated, and driven professionals.
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring we hold to our business commitment of delivering in full and on time to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Organising, coordinating and effectively executing fabrication projects to meet client expectations.
* Preparing and executing technical queries as required.
* Procuring and scheduling all materials for project completion to ensure deadlines are met.
* Compiling RFQ's to subcontractors as per project requirements e.g. machining, surface treatment
* Ensuring all quality documentation is completed i.e MDR's/ITP's
* Completing NDT and weld maps requests
* Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including inspections and update meetings.

About you
Ideally you will possess the below attributes, experience and qualifications:
* Certificate III in Engineering - Boilermaker/Welder Trade or Bachelor Mechanical or Structural Engineering
* Related experience across mining and structural steel projects
* Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
* Solutions focused with the ability to work through problems to achieve positive results.
* Be a team player, have a flexible attitude and hands-on approach to your allocated projects
* Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Strumis advantageous
