Job Overview
Oversight and management of tunnel lining operations in the Power Station Complex is a critical task that requires effective team management, coordination with project stakeholders, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee tunnelling operations, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
2. Coordinate with engineering teams to align activities with project timelines and objectives.
3. Monitor progress, assess equipment performance, and optimize efficiency and quality of Tunnels concrete lining, grouting, backfilling, and steel lining.
4. Lead and manage tunnelling teams, providing guidance, training, and support for competency and compliance with safety standards.
5. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture and minimize accidents or incidents.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Relevant certifications in tunnelling works.
* White Card.
* Minimum 10 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar role.
