The Workshop Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of work, maintaining high-quality standards, and compliance with policies and procedures.
About The Role
* Supervise and lead a team of technicians
* Work with productivity and efficiencies of the team
* Ensure high-quality workmanship as per the Manufacturers guidelines
* Oversee service and repair operations
* Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
* Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
* Hold toolbox talks to communicate effectively and strive for workplace safety

About You
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
* In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles or experience within the Premium sector highly regarded
* A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
* Automotive qualifications & current driver's licence
