* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to resolve guest issues and ensure seamless experiences for all guests.
Requirements:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is essential for this role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
* PMS Proficiency: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is necessary to efficiently manage bookings and services.
