**The Role**
Working across multiple sites in the Hunter, Newcastle & Central Coast areas, this is a physical hands-on role completing our periodical cleaning schedule. **Duties include**
- Internal & external window cleaning
- Strip and seal of floors
- Carpet cleaning
- Pressure cleaning of buildings & pathways etc
- General cleaning, maintenance and grounds work
Hours of work are predominantly during the day however there are times where this role is required to work afternoon or night to suit our client's needs.
This role requires reliability, ability to follow instructions, work unsupervised and flexibility to meet our client's requests.
This position is remunerated in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award.
**Skills and Experience required -**
- General cleaning or labouring experience.
- Highly advantageous to have experience in stripping & sealing of vinyl flooring, carpet cleaning, high pressure cleaning and window cleaning.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a labour intensive role.
- A strong understanding & commitment of work health & safety
- Outstanding client service and excellent communication & organisational skills
- Current manual drivers' licence
- 3 work related references to be provided.
- Must be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. _**We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.**_
