Exciting Porter/Valet Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Porter/Valet. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work well under pressure. You will be required to greet and escort guests to rooms, assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as provide directions and arrange transportation when needed.
