This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery across the supply chain. Warehouse Hours are from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations
* Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
* Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and cycle counts
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
* Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Monitor KPIs and report on performanceSkills & Experience
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Experience with inventory management systems
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills
