Executive Consultant - Banking & Financial Services at FourQuarters Recruitment
Our client is an established, highly respected financial services group.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Melbourne base team in a client relationship management role working in a team of highly experienced relationship management and sales people.
The role will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager with:
* Day to day management of a portfolio of existing clients;
* Project management of onboarding of new clients including liaison with external consultants and referral partners;
* Regular client contact and liaison with other internal areas of the business;
Requirements of the role:
* Develop and maintain good relationships with our existing clients to build a good understanding of their businesses and commercial objectives;
* Preparation of prospective client proposals;
* Attending internal, existing client and prospective client meetings as required;
* Maintaining the CRM database and other records;
* Attending industry seminars, events and functions as required and promotion of the firms services.
Key experience:
* Relevant business degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
* Minimum 5-10 years' experience in the financial services industry in a client relationship management role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive professional relationships with clients, service providers and colleagues;
* Experience with AFSL legislative and regulatory obligations desirable;
* Positive professional attitude and approach to work;
* Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to work autonomously.
