A Regional Transit Planning Practice Leader is required to join our team. As a key member of our transportation planning business class, you will be responsible for developing and advancing a practice group strategy in collaboration with the transit planning practice leader. You will identify global and local needs within the practice, industry trends, required skills, and emerging markets.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams to identify market drivers and developing products to meet client needs. You will also present regional transit planning activities and needs on regular calls with the transit planning practice group. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical development of transit planning staff in the region, including policy, systems/network planning, corridor planning and development, operations and safety, funding, and associated aspects of all transit modes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in transit planning
* Experience developing and implementing strategic plans related to team-building, skills development, and/or business development
