Role DescriptionThis is a part-time or full-time, remote or hybrid position open to candidates preferably based in Byron Bay or Adelaide. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of People and Culture role combines strategic human resources leadership with executive support, ensuring that RegenCo's people and operational infrastructure are aligned with the company's vision and values. The successful candidate will be a culture champion, a trusted advisor to the CEO, and a key driver in building an engaged, high-performing team.
CompetenciesComprehensive knowledge and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementStrong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure complianceExperience in developing and implementing effective HR PoliciesProven ability to manage Employee Relations, with strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; able to build trust across all levels of the organisationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR are an assetExperience in or passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, or purpose-led organisations is highly regardedDemonstrated experience in a People and Culture Management, HR Business Partner, or equivalent role with strategic leadership and team management skillsProven ability to design and manage STI and LTI programs High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligenceExperience supporting teams in a dynamic environment
