If you're passionate about your craft and want to make an impact, this is the role for you.What you'll be doing (site-based, hands-on, leadership-focused):While you'll still be on the tools, your main focus is being the cornerstone of Platinum's signature quality—elevating the skills and standards across our entire team:Mentoring & Training: Develop and deliver on-the-job training for apprentices and carpenters—everything from quality basics to high-end finishes.On-Site Coaching: Be on the ground with our crews, guiding them through live projects, troubleshooting challenges, and showing them the best way to get the job done.Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections, check workmanship against Platinum Pro standards, and ensure every project meets (and beats) client expectations and building codes.Developing Standards: Create and refine quality checklists and procedures so our work stays consistently top tier.Safety Leadership: Champion a culture of safety.

You've got the skills, the experience, and the drive to enable others to succeed:Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)Extensive post-trade experienceA proven track record of high-quality work and an eye for detailExperience leading or mentoring others in office (Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, or informally training of apprentices)Solid understanding of the NCC and Australian StandardsGreat communicator—patient, approachable, and able to explain complex concepts clearlyPassion for building and sharing knowledge of the craftCurrent White Card and Driver's LicenceWhat's in it for you: A rewarding career pathExcellent Salary Package: Your experience matters—we'll make sure it's recognised to reflect the role (based on applicant experience and fit).
