Your new role
As an IT Support Officer, you'll provide both on-site and remote technical support across a diverse range of systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers, assisting with software faults, and patching network ports. You'll play a key role in supporting Mac and Linux operating systems, as well as specialised scientific research equipment.
