Ray White Compass Group are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the daily rhythm and operational heartbeat of our two busy sales offices.

About the Role
You will oversee daily operations across both offices and ensure everything runs efficiently, accurately and on time.
Core responsibilities include:
Daily office operations – Coordinating and maintaining the operational heartbeat of both offices, managing workflow, enforcing standards, ensuring procedures are consistently applied and keeping high-traffic sales environments running efficiently.
Team support & coordination – Keeping the administrative functions tightly organised; overseeing onboarding and training coordination, maintaining clarity across a busy team, and fostering a supportive, connected culture where people feel valued, encouraged and able to do their best work.
HR & compliance administration – Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management documentation and employee record governance; supporting WHS obligations and promoting a safe, compliant workplace; and ensuring internal policies, procedures and HR frameworks are consistently applied across both offices.
Experience with Employment Hero is highly regarded.
System & process optimisation – Strengthening operational consistency through refined workflows, streamlined procedures and efficiency improvements, ensuring all staff adhere to established standards.
Event & meeting coordination – Organising and facilitating sales meetings, internal training, agent compliance requirements and significant team events, ensuring agendas, documentation, communication and logistics are managed smoothly and on time.
Leadership support – Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to manage operational priorities, streamline communication, resolve issues efficiently and help drive alignment, clarity and stability across both offices.

Must have experience in real estate operations (non-negotiable).
