We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our Media Planning & Buying team in Sydney who is going to run campaigns for our global and domestic asset management accounts. To thrive in this role, you will have the ability to win people over, collaborate with peers, build strong relationships with clients and publishers, and to think strategically and outside the box. You will be confident in planning and managing media campaigns across a full range of channels.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Attend client meetings and weekly status calls
* Implementation of integrated advertising campaigns (all media, online and offline)
* Work with and maintain relationships with industry partners such as clients, publishers, media vendors and creative agencies
* Assist in creation and management of media strategies for clients
* Prepare competitive data overview, analysis and presentation
* Prepare on‐going / post campaign reporting
* Analysis of campaigns and monitoring click‐through rates, conversations, ect
* Feedback and ideas generating for the constant improvement of processes
* Learning and working with ad serving technologies
* Prepare assessment of media and event opportunities
* Help coordinate all aspects (internal & external) of projects
* Able to work under tight schedule and manage priorities for multiple tasks set by clients
As an Ideal candidate you would have:
* A strong desire to work in paid media and the financial services sector
* 2+ years working experience as a Media Planner and Media Buyer
* Well organised, able to work independently, proactively and a strong team player
* A strong analytical mind‐set and proven numeracy skills are also a requirement
* Good time management, ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced environment
* Confidence in building relationships internally and externally, good communicator and public speaker (required for meetings with clients and publishers)
* A strong interest in financial news, business, economics or willingness to learn and stay up to date with these areas
* University Degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Advertising / Communications or any related disciplines preferred
* Experience of working in Ad Operations is a benefit
* Excellent command in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
