Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory role, overseeing teams of up to 5 staff members.
* A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
