**Key Accountabilities**
- Prepare various key human resources metrics reports, and use visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and/or Power BI to provide analysis for use by Executives and Managers.
- Provide support for the relevant workforce related committee/s including attending to meeting agendas, schedules, minutes and presentations.
- Provide administrative assistance in developing documents, templates and briefs, and in maintaining relevant records management processes within TRIM.
- Assist in analysing data and information, identifying trends and possible recommendations, contributing to the resolution of overarching staffing/workforce matters.
- Build and sustain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and exchange information to achieve both business and employee outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of all procedures, processes and functions within the team, including embracing emerging technologies.
**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- Experience in visualisation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and/or Power BI.
- Capable of supporting and attending meeting agendas, schedules, minutes and presentations.
- Solid background in developing documents, templates and briefs, and maintaining relevant records management processes within TRIM
