We are seeking a Senior Mobile App & Front-End Developer to join our Melbourne-based team. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys building high-quality mobile and web applications, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an office-based environment.
You will play a key role in delivering and supporting Flutter mobile applications (iOS & Android) along with modern front-end web solutions, while contributing to technical direction, release management, and development best practices.
The role
This role is responsible for end-to-end development and delivery across mobile and web platforms, including app releases, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Work closely with on-site product managers, designers, and backend developers
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and analytics tools
• Manage mobile app deployments, versioning, and store releases
• Monitor app performance, usage, and stability using analytics and crash reporting
• Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Contribute to improving development standards, tooling, and processes
About you
You are a senior developer who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and delivering reliable software at scale.
You will bring:
• Strong commercial experience building mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Advanced hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React (or similar)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Proven experience managing app deployments to the App Store and Google Play
• Experience with Git version control, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence
• Experience implementing and using analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, Google Analytics)
• Backend or full-stack development experience
