About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant with Collarcare, you will manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, business development, client meetings and post-placement care. Not excited by BD? 180 recruitment roles available too
You will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top-tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and clients.
We currently have more contracts & PSAs in place than we can effectively service, so this is a genuinely warm desk opportunity The sky is the limit on your earning potential, all of our consultants are earning 6 figures, with our top performers earning in excess of $200,000/year.
About You:
* Experience across sales or customer service highly regarded
* Proven track record of not only reaching but exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
