Role Description
This is a full‐time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with some flexibility for remote work. As a NSW Sales Representative, you will manage customer relationships, generate new business, and maintain existing accounts.
Responsibilities
* Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
* Maintain and grow existing accounts.
* Meet and exceed sales targets.
* Provide training on product knowledge to clients.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Knowledge of aluminium joinery products and experience in the building and construction industry is a plus.
* Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Proactive and self‐motivated, with a results‐driven mindset.
* A valid driver's licence is required for client visits.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
