In this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, products, sales and inventory control while maintaining the strong, collaborative team culture.We are seeking an individual who is looking to grow and diversify their skill-set.
Your first 12 months will be a probationary period, where you will learn from the existing, long-standing General Manager, who will be retiring at the end of the year, to fully understand the business and the day-to-day operations.After this period, you'll maintain and grow your responsibilities as the new hands on General Manager for the organisation
Some of your responsibilities will include:Managing sales activities, preparing quotations, and delivering exceptional customer serviceLeading stock ordering, inventory control, and warehouse coordinationSupporting operational tasks such as packing orders, stock receiving, and warehouse organisation when neededManaging office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining facilitiesProviding leadership, mentorship, and training to the small, tight-knit teamAbout YouWe pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and industry expertise.
