Kelley Covey Group Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Civil/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Armidale, NSW. As a full-time engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, contributing your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. What you'll be doing
* Producing detailed engineering designs, including plans, drawings and specifications for a variety of projects such as roads, drainage systems, utilities, site developments and structural designs
* Conducting engineering analyses, feasibility studies and technical investigations to support project planning and delivery
* Collaborating with project stakeholders, clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met
* Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil design and project delivery
* Proficiency in the use of civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and hydraulic modelling tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Familiarity with relevant Australian standards, codes and regulations
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
