Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at the Brisbane office. This role is pivotal in supporting our team with the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services, contributing to our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality quantity surveying services. Cost Management : Manage cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for various projects. Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports and tender documentation. Feasibility Studies : Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering. Expert Advice : Provide expert advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies. Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Education : Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field. Experience: Experience : Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in Australia as a client-side Quantity Surveyor. Project Experience : Proven experience in providing a full range of project services for major projects. Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CostX and Excel. Accreditation: Corporate membership or candidates working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS are preferred. Communication : High-level verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills.
