ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing effective project management and site representation across a range of projects, including direct management of contract works, and providing support to Project Managers in daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, organising resources, and tracking project progress.
DUTIES
* Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
* Undertake routine monitoring of technical, quality, environment and WHS compliance
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
* Identify potential project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related field
* General Construction Induction Card (white card)
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
