The Role
An opportunity currently exists for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. This is a permanent full-time role based at the Australasian Head Office at North Wyong on the NSW Central Coast.
About You
• Previous customer service experience
• High level communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build rapport over the phone
• Initiative, priority setting and ability to manage work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail
• 2 years or more of previous telephone or technical customer service experience
• Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software programs and experience using CRM/ERP/MRP software.
