For this role, you will be providing support to the team working on the largest decommissioning project in the world.
About the Role
* This includes collating data from multiple sources into spreadsheets and report templates.
* You will also monitor electronic registers and seek out updates from nominated team members.
* An additional responsibility will be formatting and applying style guides to drafted documents.
* You will be scanning and/or registering quality control documents.
* Assistance with the receipting of incoming material orders, offshore logistics bookings, and general team training administration during periods of peak demand or for leave coverage will also be required.

Desirable Skills And Experience
* Prior experience as an administrator is essential.
* Experience in oil and gas is highly desirable.
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, SAP, SharePoint and Teams is required.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary.
* Attention to detail is crucial.
