The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team and take ownership of key trade packages across a major project. You will play a critical role in managing procurement, financial control and contractual compliance, working closely with the Project Director and senior leadership to ensure strong commercial outcomes from start to finish.
The Role
* Managing head contract and subcontract administration across the full project lifecycle
* Leading procurement strategy, tender assessments and subcontract negotiations
* Administering variations, progress claims and payment schedules
* Preparing detailed cost reports, forecasts and cashflow tracking
* Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
* Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to resolve contractual matters
* Supporting junior CAs and contributing to structured commercial processes
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* 5–8+ years' experience in Contract Administration within commercial construction
* Proven experience on projects valued $5M - $30M
* Strong understanding of contract law, procurement and cost control
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially astute, organised and confident operating in a Tier 2 environment
