We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Service Coordinator to join our team. As an Aged Care Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating services for clients of the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that inquiries are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate CHSP services for clients
* Provide customer service and address inquiries
* Lead a team of Home Care Assistants

This is a full-time fixed-term position.
