The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep campaigns moving, content on track and quality high. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, support the wider team, and be the go-to for coordination, structure and follow-through.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines and approvalsManaging content calendars, briefs and workflowsSupporting EDMs, social, web updates and eventsCoordinating collateral, designers and suppliersBeing a quality-check point before things go live
About You
You’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly and take pride in delivering polished work.
You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination or digital marketing roleProven experience managing campaigns, workflows and multiple prioritiesStrong Canva skills (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus)Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)Strong written communication skills and attention to detailConfidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
