Who are we looking for?
Someone who is positive, eager to learn, who enjoys providing patient focussed service in a team based environment.
Strong interest or previous experience in a customer service focused environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality.
Experience in a healthcare setting is not essential as training is provided.
Willingness to travel between clinic locations across Perth
Available to work between the hours of 7:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday
Available for rotating Saturday mornings
Sound knowledge in the use of computers.
Your key duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing genuine customer service to patients, face to face and on telephone.
* Daily administrative tasks of the clinic, such as telephones and patient enquiries, appointment bookings, invoicing and medicare claims.
* Daily clinic operations including clinic opening, room preparation and clinic closing.
* Working in multi-clinic locations in metropolitan Perth

1 x casual position available, travel required between our clinics SOR and NOR approx 20-25 hours per week.
