The Role
">
We're currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the management team by leading your department and providing exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You'll work closely with the store's Management Team and be accountable for maintaining standards and results within your department.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Modeling exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience
">
* Coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
">
* Driving conversion, sales, and KPI performance
">
* Working with the BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
">
* Maintaining company retail standards and delivering store visual excellence
">
* Supporting management team to improve financial performance within your department
">
* Supporting management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
">
* Supporting new team member inductions and ongoing team training
">

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or a similar industry
