Monitors, perform 1st Level troubleshooting of network (LAN,WAN and wireless) devices and uses remote monitoring tools.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinating and undertaking IT equipment and software setups for new staff and any office moves as required.
- Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues regarding basic network/desktop/laptop support, Printers and Computer troubleshooting
- Ensure network infrastructure are operational at all times and assist in resolving network issues as well IPT system at site
- Conduct audits on all computers to ensure users abide with Unifi policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze computing issues, take ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests.
- Respond to users requests for information and assists in issue resolution.
- Setup of AV systems for conferences and internal training needs.
- Escalating issues that require additional support.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as instructed by the IT Operation Manager (MALAYSIA /AUSTRALIA)
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients, management and peers with effective verbal and written communication
- Adhere to ITIL based operations with ticket response and resolution SLA's as agreed upon. Log and manage incidents and requests in the ticket tracking system (ServiceNow).
**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related work experience required.
- 2-3 years experience in Microsoft Windows Environment
- 2-3 years experience on managing network. Prevous experience with Cisco switches and routers.
- MCSE or Equivalent (Dersirable)
- ITIL Fundation (Desirable)
- T-BOSIET (Desirable)
- MSIC (Desirable)
