Social Procurement Manager (Aboriginal Targeted)

Location negotiable across TAFE NSW (pending campus availability)

Permanent Full-time

$185,836 package includes salary ($163,687), employer's contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

About the role

As the Social Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embedding social procurement principles across TAFE NSW's procurement activities, driving sustainable, ethical and socially responsible outcomes. You will provide expert guidance to internal teams and suppliers, ensuring compliance with organisational and NSW Government policies while fostering best practices in procurement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for creating positive social impact through procurement.

About You

You are a collaborative and outcomes-driven professional with a strong understanding of procurement governance and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and socially responsible practices. You bring experience in applying social procurement principles and working within complex legislative and policy environments, including initiatives that support Aboriginal engagement. Your ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and work effectively across teams enables you to influence positive change and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement activities. You meet all essential requirements and are ready to support TAFE NSW's mission and values through impactful procurement leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
* Demonstrated experience in procurement governance, policy implementation and compliance, with a strong understanding of social procurement principles and practices
